If you have a kindergarten, elementary student, or middle school student you may choose the annual PM rate for multiple children instead of paying the single session middle school rate. Annual rates do not include extended care for half-days or when school is closed.

Half-Day
Students in grades 7-12 that have not been picked up by 3:00 p.m. will be charged for the A.S.A.P program. There will be no A.S.A.P program available for Grades 7-12 when school is closed and preschool is open.
Extended Hours
The preschool is open 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.; however, Missouri state law requires that no child be in a daycare setting for more than ten hours per day.
All extended care sessions are available when school is closed provided the preschool is open. Extended care session charges will be added to the daily rates if students arrive before 8:00 a.m. or remain after 3:00 p.m. Annual rates do not include extended care when school is closed. When school is closed a half-day and care session charges will be added to the daily rates if students arrive before 8:00 a.m. or remain after 3:00 p.m.
Extended Care or A.S.A.P. Payment
If you will be using full-time extended care or A.S.A.P. you may include the fee into your payment option No credits or refunds will be given for days not used for full-time AM and /or PM extended care / A.S.A.P Single session charges will be billed during the second week of the month following the previous month's charges for those who do not choose the full-time billing option. Payment of single sessions will be due by the last day of the month and delinquent if not paid in full by the tenth day of the next month. For example: December charges will be due January 31 and will be considered delinquent after February 10th. A late fee will be assessed on delinquent extended care accounts. It is necessary that payments be current in order to continue using the extended care or A.S.A.P program.
